Screen Connect not working with some Windows computers.
Screen Connect not working with some Windows 7 computers. Error "Cannot Start Application - Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider." The workaround is to click the "SystemProfiles" link in the bottom left of the Joining window on the rep's computer, then select the top option in the Joining popup list, and then click the Download Appbutton in the WindowsInstallerDownload box. They should then be able to run the file to join the session.
