'Run-time error 2147418105 (80010007)'

The following error has been coming up after a rep upgrades ASW and PhotoLink: Error: run-time error 2147418105 (80010007) The callee (server [not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed. To correct: Close ASW. Transfer F:\Common\Public\AS\DNLOAD\Photolnk.exe to their AS folder, and run the setup. This should correct the problem. Next time they upload, there is supposed to be a forced update that will correct further issues.
