Rep receiving an error message saying Option Cross Reference file not found.

Verify if the rep has the ASOPTCROSS2.cdx and ASOPTCROSS2.DBF files in his Cars folder. Even if they are there transfer the files over to the rep to replace them. There could be an issue with the files being corrupted.
