Rep receiving an error message saying Car Parts file not found.

Verify if the rep has the ASPARTS.cdx and ASPARTS.DBF files AS WELL AS ASVPrts.Dbf and ASVPrts2.Dbf in his Cars folder. Even if they are there transfer the files over to the rep to replace them. There could be an issue with the files being corrupted.
