Rapidlot Uploads - failed, hanging up, errors

Please get the following information before escalating: *Rep name *IMEI *Dealership and DLK * Date/Time of upload attempt(s) *What failed? VIN and if it is Data, Photos, or video and file size *Are they using wifi (home or dealer) or data and what carrier *RLM Version *Is there an SD Card available and are they using it instead of the tablet storage *Local storage space available (example: 34/64 GB) *Speed test (icon on the tablet) results (Ping, Upload, Download and Jitter) *Any additional notes that may be helpful NOTE: Some visits, especially those that are larger volume (photos, possible videos) may show "processing" for a bit longer time frame as things are put together behind the scenes by the app. Because of this, force killing the app, logging out and back in, restarting the tablet, etc.... will add to the problem. Developers are working on the background processing and getting error messages in the program to let us know if the upload failed. Large volume visits could take up to an hour to process. NOTE 2: As an interim fix for issues that are not processing as mentioned above, advise users to re-create the prior visit as a new visit for upload as needed.
