RapidLot "upload failed" error
1. Confirm that Wi-Fi or Verizon connection is good. Both should not be active at the same time. 2. Clear the RapidLot cache: unlock kiosk mode > settings > apps > rapidlot > storage > clear cache 3. Make sure only 1 invoice is active for the dealership: go to the Summary of Services (SOS) page for the dealership and long press on the extra invoice to close it.
