RapidLot response time issues

The tablets have unlimited internet access on the Verizon cards. After 15gb are used for the month, Verizon does toggle back the internet speed. It resets on the 3rd of the month. If a rep is experiencing this issue toward the end of the month, this might be the issue. To check the data usage on the tablets: 1. Pull down from the top of the screen and select the gear icon to get to the Settings menu. 2. Select 'Connections'. 3. Select 'Data Usage'.
