Procedure to clear App Data for the C.A.R.Score app on the tablet

Reps can use the below steps to delete the app data for C.A.R.Score to resolve many issues that they are seeing. If the app has recently been opened the thumbnail of the app should appear in the recents menu (tablet button with 3 lines) Tap the C.A.R.Score Icon at the top of the thumbnail image You will get a small menu. Tap App Info Tap Force Stop at the bottom right A pop up message will appear. Tap Ok Then tap Storage This will open a screen with Clear data at the bottom left. Tap Clear data A message will pop up. Tap Delete Click the home button on the tablet (center button) Relaunch C.A.R.Score If the issue persists, have the rep call or email support so that we can open a ticket with Hardware for further assistance.
