Photos have updated on our servers, but third party is still seeing out of date photos.

If you can confirm that we have updated photos (for example: overlays or clipping), but a third party is still displaying the out of date photos: 1) Call the third party and have them look at our actual photo URL. If they are seeing the photo correctly via the URL, have the third party request a photo refresh. 2) If the third party is not seeing the photo correctly, have them do a force refresh of their browser (example: in FireFox and Google Chrome Ctrl F5 will force a refresh). 3) If they are still not seeing the photos correctly, the old photos may be stuck in our cloud server. Escalate to get a cloud server refresh. Note: a cloud server refresh will not send out a photo modified date. Once this refresh has been completed, request a photo refresh by either calling the third party or by requesting one through PartnerLink (depending on the partner).
