NovaTime password resets
Passwords expire every 120 days. When you receive the notice that your password will expire, log in to WebTime, go to the Attendance category, My Profile tab, and click on the Change Password link. You can change your password to something of your choosing, and also you can see your security question and answer. You may wish to change them at the same time. If your password has already expired or if you forget your password, follow the instructions below. These instructions work for both the employee and supervisor sites. The instructions are located on the WebTime Help site under the category Password Help listed on the left hand side of the screen. Password Help For Employees: ------------------------------------ If you forgot your password, and you remember your security question and answer, you can reset your password by following these steps: 1. On the Employee Login screen , enter your Employee ID. 2. Leave the Password field blank. 3. Click on Employee Web Services. 4. Click on the link Forget Your Password? which will appear below the Employee Web Services button. � In the Reset Password window that will pop-up, select your Security Question from the drop-down menu and enter in the correct Answer. � A new password will be sent to the email address that is on record for you in WebTime. Copy the new password. � Go back to the Employee Login screen. Close the Reset Password screen, if necessary. � Enter your Employee ID. � Enter the new password from the email you received. � Click Login. You should be in the WebTime application for Employees. � Remember to change your password by going to the Attendance category, My Profile tab, then click on Change Password.
