New laptop instructions for existing COS employees.

These instructions are included in the box when a new laptop is shipped to an existing employee (as opposed to a brand new employee. They include instructions for switching AT&T and Verizon wireless cards, setting up ATT Mobile Broadband, connecting to WiFi, connecting to Dominion gmail, and setting up their HP printer.
