New Dealership Setup Process

Market Manager Responsibilities: * Submit contract * Set up dealership in RLW (once completed by Deployment) * Make sure Billing is correct in RLW for the dealership. * Once setup in RLW is completed, download the lot in RLM. * Add a vehicle and upload inventory (this gets the Billing file uploaded). After a vehicle goes through an overnight processing cycle, services can be ordered. * Once services are active, train dealership on services. OnBoarding Responsibilities: * Create dealership account from contract information (downloadable into AutoStik). * Order Services and follow up on each service setup * Set up master VinMotion account for the dealership
