My Web2Print email is not getting through to the destination.
It can take 3 hours for the emails to get through.
If it has been longer than that, see if the dealer submitted a large number of vehicles. If they try to email more than 10-15 at once, the photo files bog down in the different email servers.
The dealer should select 'Output as Zip File' from the Destination box and save the file to the desktop.
They can then insert the zip file in an email and it will go through much faster.
To test to see if the function is working, log in as the dealer, go to the Settings page and select Web2Print from the left side of the page.
Click the blue "Add New" link to the right of 'Email' under the 'Photos per Vehicle' box. Input your own email address and Save. Then go back to the Merchandising tab and select the Web2Print tab on that page.
The name you assigned your email address will appear in the list off the Actions button.
Select one vehicle and send it to yourself.
If that email gets through, the system is working as it should.
