My visit didn't get to the Upload Queue in RapidLot

There is a potential workaround for the issue regarding visits not making it to the upload queue. When we receive a call or email regarding this please ask the rep to follow the below steps in order and report back if, once using these steps, they have any further instances of visits not making it to the queue. 1. Close the visit 2. Upload 3. Print the invoice Again, these steps need to be done in that order. Most reps print the invoice first so this would be a change in their workflow. We also need the feedback so please follow up with them every 2-3 business days for a week or two to confirm if it is, or not, working for them.
