My Real Time Updates (RTU) for XI Group aren't posting to the site!

There are periods of time that a RTU will be ignored � and in fact create a delay for over 24 hours. When the DS process is running from 12 a.m. � apprx 3:30 a.m., RTU�s are ignored. And when the XI Load process is running from 6 a.m. to apprx 11:00 a.m. �RTU�s get ignored. XIGroup is close to having a process in place that will allow us to only ignore the updates from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. but it is not in place just yet. We are working together to address these issues, and hope to have them resolved soon.
