My Label Type won't change on the Properties screen - it is grayed out.

Once a data field is added to a label in LabelMaker, it locks the Type field on the Properties page. If the rep mistakenly saved a VEL as a Buyer's Guide (or vise-versa), the data fields will have to be deleted and the label saved before the Type can be changed. We recommend taking a screenshot of the label in LabelMaker before making any edits so you have a record of the data fields and their positions.
