My Autocheck reports aren't being used by StoryBuilder.

The Product team provided the information below to answer some common questions about how StoryBuilder currently applies Carfax and Autocheck information. Please let us know if you have any questions. What Carfax and Autocheck information shows up in Storybuilder comments? Autocheck: ------------------ * If there is a report included Example: 'Feel comfortable in your purchase with an Autocheck report included!' Carfax: ----------- * If there is a report included * If the vehicle has one owner * Buyback Guarantee Is it required for a dealer to be a Carfax Advantage customer? Yes and No: * Yes: If a Vehicle has a Carfax report. We will send the information that there is one and if it has had one owner. If a dealer purchased a one-off Carfax report as an example. * No: It will not show any additional Carfax information, no matter if the user has purchased a one-off report or not. Additional items include - Buyback Guarantee What do I/Dealer need to do to set this up so it shows in the stories? * Confirm they have subscriptions with either service * Confirm the override settings for comments are: 1 - 3rd Party 1 - Dealer Choice * Confirm their Carfax advantage or AutoCheck information is set up in VinMotion under System Preferences -> Credentials on either the CARFAX or AutoCheck tabs. That is all. There is no special button or process to get these to show in stories. If a vehicle has that information, it has the possibility (a very high possibility) of showing in the stories. How can I show a dealer Carfax stories are showing in their inventory? * ​Workflow for one example (there are other ways as well): * Vehicles Tab * Filter Carfax One Owner This will show all vehicles that could include a sentence about having one owner and/or a Carfax guarantee.​ To make stories more varied, there is a chance there could be a vehicle that does not include this information. However, it is very high up in the hierarchy of rules we have in place and I have yet to see one without it included. Please confirm there are many/all of these vehicles (when using the filter described above) are not including this before submitting a support ticket.
