Inventory missing from the 'Active', 'New', 'Used', or 'Certified' pages in VinMotion.
- Check the Search box at the upper right of the VinMotion Inventory tab (the icon looks like a magnifying glass). Just clear the box and enter to remove any search limitation.
- Check underneath the Filter button to the right of the search button (magnifying glass icon). Active filters will be listed there. Click the categories to expand those sections to see which filters are selected. The red 'Clear' link in each section will turn off filters for that section.
- The dealer may not be on the 'Active' page. Check the VIEW boxes across the top of the page and make sure the desired vehicles are selected.
