Implied Warranties vs. As-Is Buyers Guide

Buyers Guides may have different language depending on what state the dealership is in. Some states require buyers guides to have a check box for Implied Warranties Only, and some may have As-Is - No Dealer Warranty. A rep should know their state requirements in regards to which Buyers Guide they should be using. If the rep has any questions, please refer them to their market manager or regional manager. Support is not in the position to notify reps as to what buyers guide they should be using.
