I'm getting charged by CarFax because Dealer Specialties is displaying their reports on my website and other sites, why is this happening?

Dealer Specialites can not get a dealer charged for the online display of a CarFax report. If a Carfax report is displaying online, it is because the dealership, or a customer, has already purchased that report. A dealership will get charged for CarFax dynamic window labels, but they have to personally request that service from CarFax before we can print any. The only sites that Dealer Specialties provides the Carfax reports for is Getauto and the Powerlinks.
