I'm getting a blank screen instead of the Vehicle Brochure preview!

Log on as the dealer and try pulling up the brochure yourself. If it won't load for you either, there is a problem with the program - escalate to a Team Lead. If the brochure comes up for you, this probably means that the dealer doesn't have Adobe Reader on his/her computer (or has an old version of the program).
