If a dealer is set up to send a csv file to DataCube and sends an xls file, can this affect our file?

Yes, if the dealer changes the file type that they are sending and does not notify DataCube, they file will not process and we will not receive a file. This is a possibility for polling not to update for a dealer that submits their own file.
