I have a DS Rep saying they canceled services for a dealer through Quickbase, but the dealer is still active. What could the rep mean?
There is an option for reps to submit cancellation requests through Quickbase. When a rep submits one it is sent to the Contract Administrator, Kim Slaton. She cancels services for the account. However, she doesn�t normally do these until the last week of the month. If the rep needs it rushed they should use "Cancel All Services" in the Service Wizard for the dealership in IVM.
