I have a dealer who wants to have an odd letter capitalized, how?

For Example: Jack Mcnerney wants to be known as Jack McNerney, how can we get this accomplished in ASW without placing a space into the name? 1) Type the name as desired in the NAME box 2) hold down the SHIFT and F5 keys Then it will stick.
