I have a dealer who added a certification to a vehicle by mistake, then eventually removed it, but it�s still on their Dealer.com site. How can they get it removed?

Dealer.com will not cancel a certification based on a data feed. They will replace certifications from feeds. To get a certification cancelled, the dealer would need to login to the Dealer.com tool and remove it there, or call Dealer.com support.
