I downloaded my SMS IDs but still can't get into Edit Vehicle Data!

When a rep has downloaded SMS codes, gets the message that the download completed successfully, but Edit Vehicle Data is still blocked: have them log out of ASW then log back in. If they get the error that the SMS IDs need to be downloaded again, this indicates a corrupted file. Close ASW. Go to C:\CARS and delete the following files: ASSMSIDS.cdx and ASSMSIDS.dbf Relaunch ASW and download the SMS Codes again. The Vehicle Data screen should load normally now.
