HP Print Service Plugin Issue

The Issue: We have identified an issue where the HP Print Service Plugin is no longer available to download on tablets that undergo a factory reset. This appears to be due to an incompatibility with our current Android version. Who is Affected: Tablets that HAVE NOT been reset in the last couple of weeks are fine. The app will continue to work, and no action is needed. Tablets that ARE factory reset from this point forward will be affected. The Impact: Any tablet that is reset will lose the ability to print directly via a USB cable. Interim Solution (Workaround): For any tablets that are reset and lose this functionality, the printing workaround is to use the Mango router. The setup information for this process is still available in our Knowledge Base from when we previously used this method. Please use that documentation as your starting point. If you run into any issues with the Mango router setup, please do not hesitate to reach out to me for assistance. CRITICAL: We are placing a temporary hold on all tablet factory resets. Until this plugin issue is permanently resolved, please DO NOT reset a tablet. If you encounter an issue that you believe requires a reset to fix, you must contact the hardware department first for approval.
