HP 3001dw printer smearing ink on the paper

If anyone calls in about labels smearing and an HP 3001dw model printer please use the following instructions to change the paper type and resolve the issue. 1. Power on the Mango router and the printer. Connect the ethernet cable to the printer and the LAN port on the router. 2. Connect the tablet to the Mango Wi-Fi. 3. While the tablet is connected. go back to the printer and click the �I� buƩon and it will print out a report. 4. Go back to the tablet and open the Chrome browser. 5. Go to the IP address listed on the report. (example, 192.168.8.206) 6. Go to the �Seƫngs� tab 7. The site will require a PIN, this can be found on the printer under the output tray (where the toner goes) 8. Click on the �+� next to �Preferences� 9. Click on �Tray and Paper Management� 10. Change Paper type to �Labels� 11. Click �Apply�
