How to Unlock Kiosk Mode on RapidLot Tablets

1. Log into Knox Manage using the "Sign in with Samsung Account" button. 2. *Click on Device (left navigation panel). 3. Enter IMEI number (Rep to provide or check spreadsheet provided by Neil. Note: names may not be the same as the person calling in). To retrieve the IMEI in Kiosk mode: ----------------------------------------------- Have the rep click on the information button at the bottom left>Exit Kiosk>IMEI is the last field listed. To retrieve the IMEI outside of Kiosk mode: ----------------------------------------------------------- Have the rep swipe down from the top of the screen>click on the gear icon at the top right>About tablet 4. Click Search. 5. Click on Device Name (bold text). 6. Scroll down until you see Kiosk Mode Status. 7. Provide caller with the 9 digit code to the right of "Exit Kiosk Code" (bold text).
