How to transfer photos from one lot to another.

There are 4 ways to transfer vehicles from one lot to another: 1. Through ASW - the rep can go to Edit and select Move Inventory. An internet connection is required for this option to work. A 'Move Inventory' popup window will load which allows the rep to select the dealer from which the vehicles are being moved, the dealer to which they should be transferred, and they can either move all vehicles or select specific vehicles. There is also an option at the bottom to change the warranties for the vehicles to match those on the new lot. The vehicles and photos will transfer when the 'Move' button is clicked. 2. Through IVM - there must be a username with access to both lots and both lots must have at least a Gold package for this to work. The move has to be performed one vehicle at a time. From the Vehicles tab, click on the underlined vehicle titile for the vehicle to be moved. This will bring up the vehicle details page. Select Move from the menu on the left side of the page. On the Move page, click Select to the right of the dealership to which the vehicle should be moved. The vehicle details will transfer immediately and the photos will follow overnight. This can also be done from the DS Rep's account. 3. Through Polling - the lots in the dealer group have to be set up in a Polling group. This will allow the dealers to move the vehicles in their DMS and have them update on the correct lot when Polling runs. The Polling Group setup must be escalated to the Team Leads. 4. Having the vehicles and/or photos transferred manually at this end. This request has to be made in writing - the DS Rep should email support@getauto.com with the lot the vehicles are/were moved From, the lot they are/were moved To and the VINs (unless the entire inventory was moved). Escalate the written request to the Team Leads. NOTE: this process turns off Polling temporarily. Once the vehicles/photos are transferred, Polling has to be turned back on in the PCU.
