How to tell if SelectQu has files uploaded to their system rather than retrieving them directly from the DMS.

Check the Polling Configuration Utility. If there is no Username or Password for the DMS, this indicates that SelectQu is not connecting directly to the DMS. The ARG/EDS DMS provider almost always do file polling - where the dealer or a representative uploads the DMS information to SelectQu.
