How to remote into a RapidLot tablet.

1. Log into Knox Manage 2. Get the user's IMEI number and put it into the box at the top of the page. This will bring up the tablet. 3. Click on the Device Name. 4. At the bottom of that page, toward the right, click Knox Remote Support. 5. In the popup window, click Run. 6. The user will get a message (drag down from the top of the tablet to see it). It will show as Knox Remote Support. Have them tap that. 7. Knox Manage will give you a code that the user puts in on this page. Once they enter the code, you will see the screen on your Knox Manage page. 8. When finished, click Disconnect.
