How to clear RapidLot Mobile cache and app data.

This can be done without exiting Kiosk Mode. Remote into the tablet through Knox Manage. From the recently-used apps screen (left button at the bottom of the tablet), right-click on the top of the RapidLot icon and select "App Info". Select 'Storage' from that menu. The buttons to clear cache and clear data will be at the bottom of the page. NOTE: clearing the data will require them to redownload their lots. Get T2/T3 approval before doing this. It is best to do this after they have finished uploading the lot.
