How to block prices from going to the websites?

Go to the Settings page in IVM. Click on the Rules link to the left then go to the Pricing tab.

Click the "Add" button (just below the dealership address).

Type in a description of the rule (this is required). The text you put in will display on the Rules page to describe the rule. This information does not go out in any data feeds.

Use the calendar buttons to select a start date and an end date for the period in which prices are to be blocked from the feeds.

NOTE: prices will be hidden from the first feeds to process after the rule is created or from 9pm of the Start Date (if different than the current date) through 9pm on the End Date. The End Date needs to be the last date the prices should be hidden - prices will be restored to the nightly feeds at the end of the End Date.

Select 'Hide' in the "Action" drop-down list. This will gray out the "Minimum Adjusted Price" box.

Click Save. The Edit Criteria page will come up. This page lets the dealer select which vehicles prices should be hidden for (All, New, Used, Certified). The dealer should select the criteria desired then click Save.

After they submit this page, prices will be blocked to the data partner sites and GetAuto from the next feeds to process after the rule is enabled (or 9pm of the start date, if a future date is set) to 9pm at the end of the end date.
