It then leaves the sales/designers hands � Attempt to have a resolution to issues within 4 hours... no longer than 24 hours Admin Log-in Issues - 2 common causes... � Dealer attempts to log into the demo link after site has gone live (once the site is live it receives a new address for the admin login) � Dealer has saved the admin address to their favorites post-log in and they are still accessing the incorrect address. For instance: � Ourismankia.xigroupdemo.com is their staging site (not live yet).... once this is live it will switch to ourismankia.com/admin which is the new address for admin � Every dealer has an admin... Typically websitename.com/admin if the site is live Uploading content For uploading Pictures / Word Docs 1. Go to admin home 2. Page content section -> content management 3. Select the page you wish to edit and hit edit pencil 4. From her you would either; Click on the tree icon to upload a picture... browse and select file or if the dealer is uploading from Microsoft Word you can click on 'paste from word' clipboard. ***************Any changes made in the admin post real time! *************** Inventory is not posting Several issues could be at hand.... most common are 1. Failed validation - A 40% change in additions/deletions in inventory won't post live, system assumes there was a mistake/issue with inventory. Dealer is then contacted and if the file is approved then the inventory is put live, if not then the file is investigated further. 2. Part 2 also falls in line with part 1... File will not post if the inventory count starts from 0 and goes up or is deleted down to 0 (like how polling used to not process a 0 value in DS) Photo Options � XIGroup supports photo uploads from dealer or import file from a third party source. Only 2 ways to get photos. � Uses a stock/vin convention when uploading photos. Vin-1.jpg or stock-1.jpg � Any photos, regardless of source, can be drag/dropped into the correct sequence (like in IVM) to re-organize their photos. � XIgroup doesn�t re-run every VINs photos every day due to how many vehicles are processed. First time an image is received it is cached, can pose issues when multiple images are used over a span of so many days. There is a workaround however (called default Image) Default Image 1. Go to admin home 2. Go to settings section -> Inventory 3. Click on New/Used/Cert 4. Select the image and hit save. This will have a static "image coming soon" photo without the hassle of photos being cached and not being updated when the actual images come over. Inventory Quality This tool was built to check VINs 1. Go to Admin home 2. Reporting section -> Inventory Quality � This report will show how many vehicles exactly match the VIN based off the VIN decode and how many are an approximate match (most likely displays base model when its an approximate match). � Once they select the proper Mapping they have to either call XI to reprocess the information or wait 1 day for the cycle to catch this information. � Only runs dealership inventory once a day including DS... ***************Important*************** XI doesn�t allow dealers to upload their own inventory, must have some provider. No limit to # of photos uploaded per vehicle
