A new dealer group principal should have been added before the old one was disabled. The Field rep will have to go to the IVM Settings page, select the dealership in the Dealer drop-down box, then select Manage Users. From there, click the "Add" button to add a user. Make sure the "User Type" is set to "DealerGroupPrinciple" when saving the information for the new account. NOTE: The username must be unique in the system (not just unique for the dealership).
