How do I tell which Product code to use in Parature? (update 3/15/19)
NOTE: all of our tickets should have 'Support' for the Department and 'DS Inventory' for the Product Suite. Below are the Product codes and the types of tickets that should be logged under each one: 1. 3rd Party Pricing * used for prices or comment issues when importing from a 3rd party (like vAuto) 2. Analytics * Issues with IVM Pricing, Sourcing, or Stocking tools. * Order/cancellation issues. 3. Appraisals * Issues with IVM Appraisal tool. 4. Field Software * AutoStik, PhotoLink, AutoFTP, AutoBak, Pic Kit, or LabelMaker issues * Problems uploading or downloading * Missing revenue or problems with Revenue Report 5. Be-Back App * mobile app for dealers to provide their customers, used to set up and track vehicle maintenance and search for vehicles to buy 6. Clipping * service to clip vehicle photos and apply a standardized background 7. Craig's List Premium (Smart Listing) * Also known as CLP - hands-free service to post dealer vehicles to Craig's List. 8.
