How do I setup an Addendum

Addendums are controlled via the price 1 tab under Edit> Dealer Data. Choose the field you would like the addendum price to display within, and enter the value as : =(base price to be used)+@ (dollar amount to be added to base price) For instance, if using the internet price as the base price, and you'd like the addendum to display in the price C field, you'd place the code, =b+@ in the Formula column on the price c: row. Price C will also need to be the data field entry in the addendum label Notes: * There is no Addendum billing option in the new COS billing groups. Add to invoice using Misc or Mass Billing * An Addendum Label must be added to the dealer's .lcf * Addendums are retro-active: they apply the pricing change AFTER the addendum is added to the vehicle. Basically, if you apply the rule after the addendum, the price isn't re-calculated. Remove the addendum, add it back, and the price will udpate based upon the formula setup in the price 1 tab. * An addendum set must be created, (this will have pre-set prices for dealership added options).
