How do I reset a user's CLP portal password?
Log into the portal then click the Resellers tab and select Users. Put the user's name in the Search box at the upper left. The screen will refresh automatically. Click the username in the left column. The Edit User page will load. Confirm the user's name and email address on this page. Scroll down to the "Reset Password" section Type the desired password in the 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' boxes. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the page. The user will get an email with the new password. Note: use the same security precautions with CLP passwords as you would with VinMotion passwords.
