How do I reassign a tablet to a new user?

In Knox Manage, clear the screen lock and data for RapidLot for the tablet. There is nothing you need to do to reassign the tablet from our end. We update the owner by who the last person to login to RapidLot was, so once they login it will update the name on it within a week. The Market Manager should, however, go to the Quickbase app: https://xigroup.quickbase.com/nav/app/bdtymmmxr/table/bhdzmqvf9/action/td?skip=0 Search the IMEI, edit the record and reassign the tablet to the new user. It will send the property agreement form to whomever is put in the field. Have them print, sign, and take a high quality photo of it and email it to the address on the form.
