How do I read the VIN History file?

The VIN History is best used to show what changed pricing, mileage, or status (active or sold) for vehicles. It will not display comments, warranty changes, etc. *The date/time at the END of the entry shows when the edit was made. *Route ID for IVM and for Polling will display as DSU. Route ID for Autostik edits give the field rep's Route ID. *The Dealer ID for IVM and Polling edits is the System ID from DSPlus. The Lot ID for Autostik edits corresponds to the Field ID in DSPlus. *Status for IVM and Polling edits will display 'D' for Delete (or Sold) or 'A' for Active. For Autostik edits, the first character in the string will either be 'Y' for Active or 'N' for Sold. * Pricing displays in the first 2 fields after the Exterior color for all 3 types of edits. The 1st price field is the Comparison Value and the 2nd is the Internet Price. Any value in the 3rd or 4th position after the color in an Autostik edit will not apply to IVM or be sent to the websites (these correspond to PriceC and PriceD in Autostik. ***IVM edits are very similar to Polling edits. The Application will be listed as IVM instead of POL. ***Updates from 3rd Party Pricing (V-Auto, FirstLook, AAX) will have 3PP in the Application field.
