How do I pull up an AutoCheck report in VinMotion?

AutoCheck service must be active and an AutoCheck report must be available for the vehicle in order to pull it up in VinMotion. 1. From the Inventory page, select the vehicle to bring up the Vehicle Details page. 2. Click on the History tab. 3. Click the Autocheck button and the report should open in either a popup window or another browser tab. * If you get an error or are prompted to purchase a report, it means there is no active report for that vehicle. ** If you get errors for multiple vehicles, check System Preferences -> Credentials on the AutoCheck tab to make sure the AutoCheck credentials have been saved. If the AutoCheck tab is not visible, the service hasn't been ordered. If the credentials are correct, there may be an issue with the connection to AutoCheck (this should be escalated).
