How do I order StoryBuilder for a dealership?

StoryBuilder is ordered through IVM under Settings -> Service Wizard, from the Marketing tab. Note: when the service is ordered, the system will purge old IVM comment histories and start building the StoryBuilder comments immediately. The old IVM comments will be replaced as StoryBuilder applies the new ones. This process can take up to 24 hours.
