How do I order Live Video for a dealership? - updated 4/23/14

Live Video can only be ordered through DS Insight: 1. From the Toolbox, select 'Live Video' 2. Select the dealership from the dropdown menu 3. Complete the online order form and click the 'Order Service' button. This action will alert the Live Video team of the order, and trigger billing for the dealership. The dealer's inventory will be added to the data feed, and you can begin to upload videos through ASW. Standard Intro Wrappers ------------------------------ All Live Video customers are able to take advantage of our Standard Intro Wrapper templates. 1. Send a hi-res dealer logo with a transparent background, in .PNG, .EPS, or .PSD file format (preferably a vector image when available) to video@drivedominion.com 2. A member of the Live Video product team will generate an .MP4 Intro Wrapper using one of the available Standard templates which can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjnr-To5mm5vuJJpQd11-xd_WpjoRJNCa 3. The wrapper file will be added to the dealer's Live Video profile, and any Live Videos generated moving forward will contain the Intro Wrapper. Custom Intro & Outro Wrappers ----------------------------------------- We also accept custom Intro/Outro Wrappers submitted by the dealer at no additional charge. 1. The custom wrappers must be e-mailed to video@drivedominion.com and follow the following guidelines: a. Either wrapper must be in an .MP4 video file format b. Either wrapper must be at a resolution of 853x480 pixels c. The Intro Wrapper should be no longer than 5 seconds d. The Outro Wrapper should be no longer than 20 seconds
