How do I merge tickets in HubSpot?

From the primary ticket, select Actions drop-down on the upper left. Select Merge. In the Merge Tickets box, put the ticket # of the ticket to be merged into the primary ticket into the search box. Click the Merge button at the bottom of the page. * Note - once merged, the tickets can't be separated again.
