How do I handle photo refreshes for the Enterprise data feeds?

Because the Enterprise feed always send photo links for every vehicle, we are no longer sending flags stating that a vehicle has new photos. In the feed there will be a column (number 48) that tells the data partner when the photos were linked or updated, whichever is most recent. If the photos aren�t processed, the data partner will have the photo links, so we will need to contact them and ask them to reprocess the links that we have sent them. The reason for this change is that previously we didn�t always send photo flags for every vehicle, so we would need to make sure that our system included the links. Since we�re now sending links for every single vehicle, the data partner should be able to process the links whenever they choose to. (from Reuben Kinne)
