How do I get Option Codes sent in the feeds to my dealership website?

1. If the data partner is not already set up to accept option codes in their feed, we will need them to contact us to get the feed updated. This requires programming changes at both ends. 2. Option Codes are applied by Polling. The Polling team will need a written request sent to polling@getauto.com with the location in your DMS of the Option Codes. They will also need 2 sample vehicles and the codes in that field for those vehicles. This will enable them to run a test file and make sure the data is coming through correctly before they make it active. (Note: if the dealership does not have Polling, the dealer will need to speak with the market manager to order the service.) * Once Option Codes are set up in the feed and turned on through Polling, they will only be added on current vehicles that do not currently have any options � DMS or Decoded. We can not replace what is there nor append to the existing list. As vehicles are added to inventory through Polling, the option codes will apply going forward.
