How do I get my Carfax links to show on my Powerlink's Adaptive 1 template?

The Adaptive 1 template has separate settings at the bottom of the Listing Settings page in Insight. In the Adaptive-Specific Settings section of the page, there is a 'Components to Display' section. The "Image Links (Custom buttons, title history, video links)" selection will display Carfax links.
