How do I get access to DS Insight?
Go to the Insight login page https://dsinsight.vehicledata.com/sessions/new Login using Single Sign On credentials (same login as the Gmail login). Once a rep logs in a message is sent to Support to set the user up with the appropriate Franchise number(s). The turnaround to get that added is within 1 business day. If the rep cannot login to Insight at all they are probably not using their SSO credentials or need to reset their SSO password. This can be done at https://access.dominionenterprises.com/user_name.asp?act=reset If the rep does not have access to their Franchise once logged in they would need to contact Support to get access to the Franchise.
