How do I find out which DS Rep services a particular dealership?

1. In DSPlus under Dealerships -> Edit, input the dealership name under 'Search String' and click Search to the right of the field. This will bring up the dealership information. 2. Click 'Edit History' in the lower right quadrant of the page. This brings up edits made to this dealership inventory by date. The 3-character string to the right of the date is the Route ID. POL - refers to polling edits. DSU or D5U - refer to IVM updates. Anything else is the ID of the local DS Rep who serviced the lot. Note that Route ID and the Franchise # for the dealership. 3. Go to Franchise -> Edit in DSPlus to pull up Franchise information. Put the Franchise # in the 'Search String' field and click 'Search'. This will bring up a list of employees within that Franchise with the Route ID to the right of each name. Double-click on the name with the correct Route ID to get that individual's contact information.
